After that, he should buy one of those small buttons with holes in them so that he will be able to tie the string there. He should now insert those small buttons into the paper bag and punch a hole in the middle.
After doing that, then the next step would be to tie that string in the hole and make sure the knot is tight. Another method that he can use would be to tie a thick knot in the shape of a ball on both ends. After doing this, then all he has to do would be to inset the ends in the holes. From there, he will be able to carry the bag.
Now the other way, which is actually the easier way, would be to use a ribbon. Now using a ribbon is much better as it is much more practical although not as nice looking as the string. However, it is actually more practical because it will be able to hold the bag better.
Now in order to put the ribbon on the bag, one just has to use a stapler in order to staple them to the insides of the bag. After doing that, then just to be safe, he should also put some scotch tape so that he can be sure that it will not break. After that, he just has to repeat what he did with the other side as well.
