By Joseph Jacob

Our day-to-day lives are highly affected by various etiquettes. We follow different etiquettes when we involve in different works. When considering job interviews, they are also affected by a set of etiquettes. Interview etiquettes are very helpful to carry out interviews correctly and effectively. No one can define a particular set of etiquettes which are affected for interviews. However, there are etiquettes that can be clearly identified as interview etiquettes. Knowing them will help job applicants to face effectively for interviews and gain better results. They also help to increase the confidence when attending for an interview.

There are different etiquettes for different interview stages. Some should be followed prior to the interview; some should be followed throughout the interview; and some should be followed after the interview. Learn them and be a successful job seeker.

Etiquettes before the interview

* Get ready for the interview by collecting all the components you want such as your resume and accreditations. Furthermore, make sure to analysis the job and the organization.

* You must go for an interview with a good smell. Do not smoke, eat gum or garlic. Bad fragrance can damage the whole picture of the applicant.

* Select a suitable dress to wear for the interview. Do not select fancy dresses. Professional outfits are the most suitable.

* Come to the interview early.

* Switch off your cell phone before the interview.

Etiquettes to follow during the interview

* Make all your movements with total confidence.

* Focus on your body language.

* Concentrate on every body movement.

* Keep good eye contact with the person who interviews you. Look directly at the individual you talk.

* Do not request any drink or food. Do not ask to go to the bathroom. Such activities can affect negatively to your image. Make sure to fulfill those needs before the interview.

* Show that you are very interested about the job opening and the company.

* Display your interest during the whole interview.

* Concentrate on the query they ask. Ask to repeat the query, or ask extra clarification if you did not hear it clearly, or did not comprehend the query they asked. Do not do it always. Because, the interviewer may think that you are not concentrating.

* Never disrupt the person who interviews you when he speaks. You can discuss after he speaks, or when he desires your participation. Always ask brilliant questions.

Etiquettes after the interview

* Thank honestly to everyone on the interview board after the interview.

* Thank the organization for the chance given by delivering a letter after a few times.

These are some of the essentials of recruitment online.
