Would Social Media Networking Prove Useful For Stars In NXT?

By Rob Sutter

I am all for being a fan of professional wrestling's future and I think that there are many ways to go about this. One such method to take up is to watch NXT, which stands as the developmental promotion of World Wrestling Entertainment. This is, in my mind, one of the best when it comes to building stars or helping them pick up the new style of performing that WWE requires. However, can this company actually help them build characters better or is social media networking a smarter route to travel down?

If you're looking to YouTube, there's a good chance that people can showcase their characters and one of the biggest examples is Big E Langston. Before he made it onto the WWE roster, it was clear that he had a brand of humor all this own, which was surprising considering that he looked more like a powerhouse than a jokester. Nonetheless, he has the ability to showcase character but television rarely did it justice. Hopefully he can display this more on TV than he has on YouTube.

I think that Kassius Ohno stands as another personality who would be able to benefit from online marketing better than most. Many fans of the indies know him as Chris Hero, though what about fans who don't watch such promotions? They wouldn't have any idea of his background, which makes such platforms better. He can keep in touch with those who follow him and, in turn, tell the people more about him from a wrestling standpoint, which is one that isn't just relegated to WWE, either.

I think that social media networking has the chance to help a number of female stars, since many of them stand out to be as effective performers. Paige is perhaps one of the best and I think you could pick up on this based on her quiet personality. While she's a fighter inside of the ring, wouldn't Twitter prove to be a great method of choice seeing as how the Tweets composed are, in most cases, to the point? I don't think that anyone can deny the usefulness of this method, firms the likes of fishbat in particular.

It's amazing what the impact of social media networking can have on any entity. It can be an entire company or a sole individual; the truth of the matter is that this method is great for helping people express themselves and get them out into the audience. They want to appeal to as many people as possible, so showcasing a degree of personality stands a great chance of helping. It could also bring them a great number of fans when they have the chance to perform on TV.
