Here is a Quick Look at a Funded Proposal Plan

By Mike Jerome

It is often very difficult to generate money for an undertaking and one of the toughest issues that faces many firms is marketing. A lot of people think that it's really setting up an enterprise that is the hardest part, but marketing a business is easily the most complicated and challenging factor. In network marketing these complications can really be overwhelmed by embracing a funded proposal idea.

The entire idea behind marketing in an internet marketing business is to get as many potential prospects as possible , whom you then convert into leads and then sales. This is a long, slow and complex process and of course the outcome is always somewhat unpredictable. What happens with many businesses is they run into financial difficulties before these promotional efforts can become cash flow.

A bunch of folk made a decision to one step beyond the usual coaching offers in the MLM business and welcomed the new notion of a funded proposal. In this idea the network marketing specialist gets together as many potential network marketers as they can and takes them through a training program which helps them set up and become future network promoters under their own downline.

The greatest difference between this and the standard system is that the new network marketer who is recruited must pay a little charge for their training. The recruiter then uses those accumulated fees to cover any funding opening that comes by a slow-moving product or during their primary marketing efforts.

By adding this charge you continue to get leverage by coaching other team members who then become great product movers without any of your cash, when you're not really sure of the end result.

This is everybody wins situation. This way you do not have to depend on the money that your recruit may or may not make for you in the future. Instead you can use the money the new hire has paid for training which should satisfy your present needs until you can attract future prospects.

It's this idea that started the entire idea of funded proposals and it has over time proven to be terribly successful as it funds itself as it grows. The trick is not to charge the new hire a huge amount of money for their training, as this can stifle your work and turn potential new sign ups away.

It's essential to offer great product information and coaching to make this option work in the early stages, and it is also necessary that you find the right applicant who will convert the coaching into leads and then sales it's the sole way to ramp up your business. Those that can grasp the possibility that your coaching offers them will quite often grow to becoming very good marketers with good sales statistics that sustain your business, and that's why funded proposals are such a smart idea.
